Paxilar, LLC, is a registered and insured Texas LLC and my name is Matt Kulikowski. I've been a residential real estate investor myself with a lot of experience in risk/expense management, customer service, life-safety/security, communication technologies, property rehab, and construction, experience I now invest in the success of other cost-savvy and risk-averse investors.

I have extensive contacts in the greater Austin area and degrees from both Stanford University and San Jose State University (MBA). Plus, I absolutely love what I do 24/7/365 and treat clients' tenants as if they were my own.
